2021 National Council for Behavioral Health's Annual Conference Evaluation
Thank you for attending NatCon21. Please take a few minutes to complete the online evaluation and provide your comments. Your feedback is very valuable in planning future activities. You must complete the entire online evaluation by no later than June 30, 2021 in order to claim continuing education credits.
Once you submit the general evaluation for the overall conference and session evaluations for each of the specific sessions you attended, you will be able to print or save continuing education or participation certificates for your records. Note: the certificate link will not be available until all required evaluations are completed.
