How much for Internet?

11 Comments 03 June 2011

Internet runs a variety of prices.

  • Verizon offers DSL service for as low $24.99 or up to $39.99
  • Verizon offers Mobile Broadband for as low as $20 or up to $80 (data allowance restrictions)
  • AT&T offers DSL starting at $14.95
  • Charter offers internet as low as $19.99 or up to $99.99
  • Hughesnet offers satellite internet for $39.99 on the low end, and $89.99 on the high end
  • Sprint offers Mobile Broadband ranging from $44.99 – $89.99

Well as you can see, internet prices range all over the place.  You can spend $15 a month or blow a smooth $100 if you feel it necessary.  I’m sure many of you spend somewhere in median range of this.  With online streaming and internet usage becoming more and more popular, providers will likely seek to increase the profit margin.

Today’s topic focuses on how much you are willing to pay for internet.  How valuable is your internet to you or your business?  As prices continue to creep, are you willing to continue to throw the dollars at it?

How much are you willing to pay for monthly internet access?
