I’m a Marvel Comics fan.  Now that the stories are coming to a 21st century big screen, I can’t wait to see them all.  Last week I headed to the movie theater to see Thor.  I heard it was great and I was all in for the Thor experience.  I get to the booth and the cashier tells me I should see the 3D version.  I didn’t know there was one, but I was like “Sure!”, this is Thor here.

I take my ticket, he to the greeter to tear off my ticket stub and make my way to the theater with my 3D shades.  1 hour and 54 mins later I was still sitting in the theater waiting on the mind blowing 3D shots to take place.  I had been had!!!  I spent $14 versus $11 to see this movie and the 3D was something I was still left yearning for.  I was semi-furious.  I wasted $3 to sit there for almost two hours with those glasses on my face to see a movie that was probably the same without the glasses.  Or at least it would seem that way based off the lack of 3D in the 3D movie I saw.

So my friends, I poll you today to see if you feel as I do.
