Today’s question is going to seem like a no brainer.  We’ve always been conditioned to think that drinking and driving are a bad combination.  For the vast majority of people that statement is true.

Allow me to play Devil’s Advocate for one second.  We all know at least one person who handles alcohol like a champion.  You know who I’m talking about.  The person who can drink a whole handle of liquor and drive home with no problem.  Whether we like it or not, there are people who can drink and drive with no problem.  Is it fair to punish a person for having a high tolerance for alcohol?

Many people already drink and drive over the legal limit all the time (with minimal consequence).  If so many people can pull this off should it really be a crime?

I dare you to think outside of your conditioning for one second and then answer this question.
