A platonic relationship is the hardest type of relationship to master.  You have a guy and a girl whose relationship isn’t sexual in nature.  They  aren’t related.  They do things together. 

These relationships typically start in a place like work or school in which the couple can be overexposed to each other.  They usually become platonic friends because a sexual relationship is out of the question when they meet (in a relationship, married, etc).  When one of the friends loses their partner then those barriers to sex are “relaxed”. 

When those barriers are relaxed nipples come out, men get naked, the trojan man jingle plays in the background, and then things get “complicated”.
