Almost every sport has a representative mascot that supposedly displays the team’s attitude and pumps up the crowd.  Have you ever thought of our government as a team?  If our current administration was a team, who would be the mascot?

Let me know if these ring any bells…

• Tigerfish – Africa’s equivalent of the South American piranha.  Tigerfish have very noticeable teeth and are not afraid to take a bite out of you if you step in the water.  Much like our administration will take a bite out of your monetary earnings should you care to announce it.
• Warthog – A four legged smelly ugly ogre-ish creature.  I mean there is really nothing good to say about this creature.  Many feel that way about our current administration – just nothing good to say.
• Coconut grab – the largest land-living arthropod in the world.  Strong sense of smell, highly reproductive, odd diet for its size, and their domicile is meant to hide them from the elements.  Just all around confusing but yet and still they are the biggest.
• Snakehead fish – A fish native to Africa and Asia.  Once in the U.S., it became known as the invasive species of top level predator fish because it had no natural enemies.  It literally eats whatever fish or animal that gets in the water.  It’s a foreign entity to the ecosystem here and it totally destroys it.  It has adapted and can live in water or on land for up to 4 days.
