The IPAD has inspired debate like no other device in recent memory.  Its usefulness and practicality are constantly questioned by detractors.  Apple fanboys (and girls) don’t seem to mind.  To date the device has sold over 1 million units with no signs of stopping in site.

Most IPAD detractors refuse to touch the device because it too closely resembles an IPOD.  Apple is taking steps to change that.  A deal is in place to allow live TV watching on the IPAD through a Verizon application.  This significantly changes the game and ads an incredible feature to the device.

Would this be enough to make you buy one?
