Situation Monday

It’s been a long week and you and some friends decide to meet up at the local restaurant/bar to have a few drinks and end another aggravating week.  You have been here several times and generally know the staff and long time patrons.  You order your typical and toast with the friends before sipping your drink.

You excuse yourself to the restroom.  On your way, you glance at this table in the corner and see who appears to be your manager’s boss.  Nothing atypical, other than he’s with a woman that is not his wife.  While in the restroom, you ponder who could this be.  You’ve seen his family pictures several times and are certain this is not his wife.  Their seats seemed awful close to just be a friend or co-worker or sort. You leave the restroom and glance again just to confirm, and it is indeed your boss and this time he’s stroking his hands along her neck (Definitely not a friend gesture).

Monday is right around the corner and you will surely see your manager’s boss.  Do you say something?  Do you expose him?  Do you let him know you’ve got the dirt on him and demand that raise or promotion?  The ball is in your court.  What’s the next play…
