Aw yes – immigration problem?  Many will say what problem.  Others will say the problem started almost a century ago.   Since I’ve only been here the past few decades, I will focus on the current.

Touchy subject since we’re not discussing pets, cars, times when the clubs close, or guns.  We are talking about people.  People who only want to live a better life.  That’s it.  They want to opportunity to generate income and take care of their families in a safe environment. What’s so wrong with that?

But how can we end such a problem?  56% of illegal immigrants are from Mexico.  I witnessed this first hand while on a trip to Southern Arizona.  Miles of razor wire fencing and Dodge Durangos with armed gunman driving alongside it.  My  immediate thought was that there was a army or herd of rabid jungle animals coming that way.  Regardless, these people are coming here because they know there is a better life here, so why not work with them to get here within order as opposed to forcing them to tactically get here.  Either way it goes, they are coming and there’s nothing you, nor I can do about it.
