Who would you save?

You 2.0

You 2.0

Granny

Granny

Situation Monday

Have you ever had to make a really hard decision?  I hope so because today’s question is a tough one.

You, your grandmother, and your son are walking downtown on a quiet Saturday afternoon.  You are really enjoying this day as you rarely get the chance to bring granny and You2.0 together for quality time.  During your stroll your phone goes off.  You look down at it for what seems like a split second.  When you look up granny and You2.0 are nowhere to be found.

Frantically you look around for them.  You run into the closest shop and scream their names out.  No response.  Your pulse is pounding.  You randomly ask strangers on the street for their whereabouts.  No one has seen your family.

After 10 minutes of searching you finally spot them crossing a busy intersection.  Granny drops her purse and You2.0 bends over to pick it up.  As You2.0 bends over to pick up the purse you notice a car heading for them full speed.  The driver is too deep into her Crackberry to notice.  You realize that you have time to sprint out into the road and save one family member.

Which one do you save?

I’m pretty amazing. I’d go for both. I don’t think in the heat of the moment I could actually grab one and not the other.

(You2.0 needs his butt whooped for flipping the finger)

My grandmother raised me so my overriding instinct is to protect her. I can’t imagine a scenario where I’d pick anybody over her.

  3. Cindy says:

My granny is kind of annoying and she has already lived her life. I’d save my offspring 101 times out of 100.

You’ll take that back when 2.0 pops out of your woman.

(this is in no disrespect to ya gma)

  5. BigAl says:

Neither…Granny may have a life insurance policy and you2.0 will deplete that policy post haste.

Take insurance money and live the good life.

BigAl, I am praying for you.

I would go for my grandmother and be able to save both of them because she would instinctively go for my 2.0.

With the “S” on my chest, I’d save them both

If there is one thing I do know about Marcus, it’s don’t EVER talk bad about his gma.

We better stop making reference now before he comes looking for us.

You know that google maps street view is amazing. If I where you I’d shut my mouth ;) .

I didn’t know Survey Magnet served such an illiterate bunch “You realize that you have time to sprint out into the road and save ONE family member”.

If I’m strong enough to grab both, why not try. Spiderman saved Mary Jane and those people that were falling in two separate places. He’s only like 5′4″.

    Push gma, scoop 2.0.

    Done.

I’d have to save my child. Grandma would want that because she has lived a long eventful life. I don’t think either one of us could bare living on knowing we had to bury our own child.
