Section 8 homes (for our silver spoon audience) are government assistance housing for low income families.  These homes are provided through the HUD system (Housing and Urban Development).  Realistically, these homes are usually in the less desirable parts of the city, but quite often an apartment complex or area of homes can become Section 8 if the government and landlord agree to Section 8 terms.

I would have no parts of it!  Homeowners like myself care about the neighborhood and have a truly vested interest in area and appreciation.  We don’t need broke down cars, 24 hour sidewalk gatherings, and the personal art work of individuals being painted on every concrete wall.

Would I move?……Hell yeah! I would.  If I wanted to move to a Section 8 area, I would have moved there to start with.  But enough of my tangent.  Tell me what you think.
