What? I have VPs emailing me on the weekend. I guess your company is much bigger than mine. We're all pretty close and if something isn't working, ALL of the developers hear about it.

I got here at 7am and I MIGHT leave by 6pm. Staying this late doesn’t bother me if I know ahead of time, b/c I’ll just do my evening stuff in the morning and come in later. Telling me as I’m about to walk out the door that I need to stay and debug units is NOT cool. Thus is the life of new product development. :-/
