When Is A Person Overweight?
07 January 2010

The word overweight is defined as:
Weighing more than is normal, necessary, or allowed, especially having more body weight than is considered normal or healthy for one’s age or build.
2 things stand out about that definition. Necessary and allowed. As a society we are fairly judgmental when it comes to weight. There is definitely a sliding scale of what is necessary and allowed when it comes to weight.
- Some people think a small pooch of the belly is too much.
- Some people think you are okay until your thighs begin to rub.
- Some people think you are okay as long as the steel frames on your bed can support your weight.

My thighs have rubbed since I was in HS, thigh rubbing isn’t necessarily an overweight feature. But if you got the beer gut/love handles(men) or the jelly roll/thunder hips(women). You might be overweight.
Where the womenfolk at, haven’t seen you in a while?
When does a hip become a thunder hip?
Fat people disgust me.
When it jiggles in jeans. GYEAH
Everyone isn’t built the same. But I believe everyone knows their body enough to know when they are overweight. You may lie to the public but when you step in front of the mirror, it’s clear to you and the mirror.
