Yeah they got rid of Shaq after realizing that the $21 Mil/YR spent on him was quite useless. But didn’t the Heat also lose Wesley Person, Jason Kapono, Shannon Anderson, and Matt Walsh that same year.

Kobe has a good supporting cast. (Odom, Ariza and Gasol) Not one 300LB guy.

Bron Bron has the same cast he had last year plus a 300LB guy who is limited to 20 mins, so he’s out of luck too. Garnett is back this year.

Just admit Kobe wouldn't have 4 rings without Shaq (remember the last 6 years without Shaq), and admit Flash won't get another one unless he leaves Miami.

Shaq “was” ok back at the turn of the century, but still not caliber enough to win a championship. He can’t shoot, can’t make free throws, rarely gets rebounds for someone who is as tall as an avatar. He just waits on someone to throw him the ball when he is below the hoop so he can attempt to dunk it.

And didn’t Nash win Reg. Season MVP one year? Sounds like a pretty good guard to me.

UMM….why did Shaq get the finals MVP 3 times in a row. Prolly cause he was carrying the team, and if Kobe and Flash were so fire, they would’ve won more championships without him.
