So who called to the box and relayed it to the Ref to relay it to the line judge to give a bad spot during the 2 seconds the play took place?

I believe it was a good decision only because they were playing the undefeated Colts lead by Peyton Manning. Had it been any other team, I would have voted for the punt all day. Belichick knows Peyton is the best QB in the game and you don’t give the best QB the ball with 2 minutes left.

Georgia Tech did the same thing against Wake Forest 2 weeks ago and they succeeded and left with a win. Only difference……Pats were not as lucky.

It was a good decision. Bill showed guts. Thats why he is one of the best coaches in the league.
